Leah is the founding principal of eL Interiors.  Before completing interior design school at the New York Institute of Art and Design, Leah earned her Master's Degree in Social Work and enjoyed working in her role as a social worker for over 10 years. Having a passion for beautiful homes, Leah also earned her real estate license. Her love for helping others translates well in her career as an Interior Designer to help clients feel great about the spaces they surround themselves in.  In her free time, Leah enjoys paddle boarding, antiquing, cooking, and traveling with her husband and son.

 

Leah's affection for interior design is rooted in her childhood, having grown up in a home of mostly transitional style, blended with her mother's eclective influences from living overseas.  Surrounded by beautiful and exotic artifacts from her parent's travels, Leah revels in sourcing unique and worldly decor to add warmth and distinction in the spaces she designs.  Leah enjoys working with clients to create custom design elements that are inviting, functional, and attract pride in one's space.  She believes a well-organized space evokes tranquility and inspiration.  It is her goal to curate spaces for her clients that are welcoming, comfortable, and above all else, a space that her clients will love.
